Monarch 1, the first of Bridget Bradley's newly released abstract art series.
Painted intuitively, from a love of butterflies, the delicate beauty of their wings and the meaning behind them of metamorphosis, transformation and hope.
The original Butterfly Series of paintings have been created as pairs; they uniquely mirror each other when placed side by side. By placing them side by side, it is possible to see the shape of the butterfly wings. The colour palette of the series comes from my experience of different butterflies and their velvet-like textures. Monarch 1 colour palette is vibrant orange, white and black.

The float frame is 10mm wide on the face and 55mm deep, fitted with a 5mm space between the canvas and the frame.

Caring for Your Original Art
After you receive your painting, take care to protect it from bright sunlight. If you are framing your art with your own framer, ideally, choose a fine art framing service. To enhance the artwork I suggest an archival mat, a sun-protective, anti-reflective glass and the frame of your choice.
