Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Handling

All Custom Made Art Prints

Our Certified Fine Art printing partners, Left Bank Art Group, are committed to printing high-quality giclée prints. 

Packaged items over 100cm cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

All parcels require a signature on delivery, however, if you request authority to leave then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.

Once your item has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping is by courier. 

Please take care to review your order before paying and allow 3-4 weeks for your item to arrive.

Handling of Original Art

Original art is packed meticulously, checked and photographed prior to shipping. You will receive a tracking number once the item is despatched. 

It may take up to 7 days to process, prepare, pack and despatch your order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the time of despatch. We cannot accurately estimate the time for delivery which is dependent on your location and other influences such as logistics delays.

Shipping

Domestic (Australia) - Free shipping on all orders over $20 AUD.

International Shipping - Prices are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

All items are shipped via tracked freight.

Orders

Cancelling an order

In addition, please note, if you wish to cancel your custom print order, orders must be cancelled before the order processing has been completed.

Order processing for art prints is generally within 24 hours, that is, 1  business day. After an order has been fulfilled, that is with the shipping logistics provider, it cannot be cancelled.

Wrong Address – All Orders

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient for the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility of origin. You will be liable for the reshipment costs, including any insurance, once confirmation of an updated address has been made by you if applicable.

Lost Orders/Packages – All Orders

For parcels lost in transit, please get in touch  using the Contact page form or by email within 7 days after the expected estimated date of arrival. Should this be due to an error on the partner provider or carrier/s part, expenses will be covered by the partner or Bridget Bradley.

Refusal of or Unclaimed Shipments – All Orders

Shipments that go unclaimed, are not accepted or are refused on arrival for any reason, are returned to our partner facility and you will be liable for the cost/s of a reshipment including insurance and any tax or duties.
