Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

NOTE: For all orders during peak seasons, holiday times and large sale events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday there may be order processing, shipping and delivery delays.

Original Art

Original Art is a deemed a custom, hand-made product.

Australia Handling, Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Australia) - Free Standard Shipping on all original art orders AUD150 and over.

Handling & Preparing Custom-Made Order: 5-7 business days

Shipping Metro Areas:  7-15 business days for delivery from the time of despatch 

Shipping Regional and Rural Areas: 7 -30 business days for delivery from time of despatch

International Handling, Shipping & Delivery

Prices are calculated at checkout depending on your location, dimensions and weight of item.

Handling and Preparing Custom-Made Order: 5-7 business days

Shipping time: 15-30 business days for delivery from the time of dispatch

Original art is packed meticulously, checked and photographed prior to shipping. You will receive a tracking number once the item is despatched. 

All items are packed and shipped via tracked freight using my partner Fine Art Freight Specialist.

We cannot accurately estimate the time for delivery which is dependent on your location and other influences such as logistical delays.

Custom-Made Fine Art Prints & Fine Art Frames

Important

Our Certified Fine Art printing partners are committed to printing high-quality archival prints. 

All fine art prints is sold on a made-to-order basis.

Packaged items over 100cm cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

All parcels require a signature on delivery, however, if you request authority to leave then is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.

Once your item has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping is by courier.

Fine Art Prints

Australia

  • All print orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
  • Please allow around 3 weeks for printing, packaging, and delivery.

New Zealand & United States

  • We offer free shipping on all print orders to New Zealand and the United States.
  • Orders are fulfilled locally, and delivery usually takes around 3 weeks from the order date.

International (Outside Australia, New Zealand & USA)

  • All international orders are shipped unframed and rolled in secure tubes.
  • Shipping Fee: Free worldwide for unframed prints.
  • Framed Prints: AUD $500 shipping fee applies for framed artworks.
  • Delivery Time: 4–5 weeks.
  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.
  • Delivery Delays: Times may vary depending on customs or courier handling.

Australian orders are fulfilled in Australia. Custom order manufacturing times may be variable.

Currently, international shipping includes many countries however, due to logistics disruptions it is not possible to ship to certain locations.

Orders

International Orders - Custom-Made Fine Art Prints

Please select the unframed/rolled fine art print option if you are purchasing outside Australia.

 Unframed and rolled and shipped in a tube. Please select the unframed fine art print option if you are purchasing outside Australia.

Cancelling an Order - Fine Art Prints

In addition, please note, if you wish to cancel your custom fine art print order, orders must be cancelled before the order processing has been completed.

Order processing for fine art prints is generally within 24 hours, that is, 1 business day. After an order has been fulfilled, that is with the shipping logistics provider, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery - All Orders

Items are not delivered to Post Office Boxes.

Please ensure your delivery address details are accurate when placing your order.

If the delivery address is a business address, please include the name of the business.

A phone number must be included for couriers incase of any issue with delivery. Should a phone number not be supplied, the customer will be responsible for undeliverable items and all redelivery charges.

We will not be held responsible for undeliverable items or inaccurate addresses.

Wrong Address – All Orders

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient for the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility of origin. You will be liable for the reshipment costs, including any insurance, once confirmation of an updated address has been made by you if applicable.

Lost Orders/Packages – All Orders

For parcels lost in transit, please get in touch  using the Contact page form or by email within 7 days after the expected estimated date of arrival. Should this be due to an error on the partner provider or carrier/s part, expenses will be covered by the partner or Bridget Bradley.

Refusal of or Unclaimed Shipments – All Orders

Shipments that go unclaimed, are not accepted or are refused on arrival for any reason, are returned to our partner facility and you will be liable for the cost/s of a reshipment including insurance and any tax or duties.
