What the tip is

When you checkout you will see a Tip line‑item. This is a voluntary contribution you can choose to add; it is not a fee for the products you are purchasing.

How to add a tip

1. On the cart page, click the pencil‑icon next to Tip.
2. Enter the amount you wish to give (e.g., $5.00).
3. Continue to checkout – the tip is added to the total order value and processed together with the purchase through our Stripe account.

Receipt & GST

• The tip appears as a distinct line‑item labelled Tip on your order confirmation email and on the Stripe receipt.
• All tips are subject to Australian GST (10 %). The amount shown already includes GST, so no extra tax is added later.

Refunds

• Tips are non‑refundable because they are a voluntary contribution.
• If a tip was entered by mistake (for example, an extra zero), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will assess the request and, where appropriate, issue a partial refund for the erroneous amount.

Why we disclose this

Australian consumer‑law (the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 1999) requires businesses to be transparent about any additional amounts that affect the price you pay. This page fulfills that requirement and helps you make an informed decision.
