Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Information

I work with carefully chosen partners to provide you with quality products. We want you to love your purchase from Bridget Bradley and have a great experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to find a resolution. Our simple refunds and returns policy is below.

Time Frame

With the exception of damaged in transit original art, you have 7 days from receipt of delivery to initiate the returns or exchange process.

Important: Original art, custom art, discounted and sale items are not accepted for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

To initiate a returns process, just email me at hello@bridgetbradleyart.com and I will provide you with the details required in regard to your specific case.

Condition of Items

All returns must be received by Bridget Bradley or our partners in the original condition and packaging before being eligible and considered for refund or exchange purposes. On receipt of any order, please retain the original packaging.

Postage Charges

All costs of returned items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The item must be returned via the same shipping method and fully insured. Charges vary depending on dimensions, weight location and any tax duties. However, for wrong orders or prints damaged in transit our partners will cover the cost of exchanges or returns. 

Original Art

Bridget Bradley does not offer exchanges, refunds or accept returns on original artworks, custom art and art prints (framed or unframed) as these are hand-made or custom-made products and deemed Final Sale.

Original Artworks Damaged In Transit

I personally check the condition of original paintings prior to shipping. They are meticulously packed for protection, while in transit.

Returns are not available for original artworks damaged during shipping. This rarely happens and if it does, this will be covered by the shipping insurance and the purchaser will be covered for the damaged art purchased, less cost of shipping and packaging.

Original Art Damaged in Transit Claim Time Frame 

For original artwork damaged during shipping, the purchaser/receiver must contact us within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt of the original artwork.

The following is required for insurance purposes: high resolution images as proof, the purchaser’s receipt. Please attach these to your email.

Refunds and Returns Custom Art Prints

Prints Damaged in Transit

Art prints are made to custom order, including hand cut frames by our printing and framing partner. Therefore refunds are not granted on damaged prints

Should an order be damaged in transit, our partner will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
For processing a return, you MUST provide photo evidence of any damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of any damage to the print item.

Prints Damaged in Transit Claim Time Frame

Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

Change of Mind

Our printing and framing partner does not accept returns for change of mind purchases as all fine art prints are custom-made to order. Art prints (framed or unframed) are hand-made or custom-made products and deemed Final Sale. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Refunds and Returns Custom Merch

Wrong Size for Wrong Order

Unfortunately, because all apparel is custom-made and printed to order we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges if you have made a mistake ordering the wrong size or for change of mind.

Received Wrong Order Or Wrong Design

If you receive the wrong order such as the wrong t-shirt design or colour, please contact us within 7 days with the following details: your full contact details including name, address, order number, receipt number and images of item received. 

Once we have all the information and we will find a resolution for you and contact you as soon as possible with details.

Tips

Tipping links may be provided on this website, Bridget Bradley or any Social Media profiles related to Bridget Bradley.

Tipping links are created to allow our visitors to tip for my creative content whether it be videos, writing or artwork. This helps support me as a Creative Director and Artist and allows me to continue to create, run this website and grow my small business.

Refunds and returns are not provided for tips.
