Refunds and Returns Original Art


Bridget Bradley does not offer exchanges, refunds or accept returns on purchases of original artworks, art prints (framed or unframed) as these are handmade or custom made products and deemed Final Sale. For further information on original artworks or art prints, please check the FAQs page. If you cannot find the answer to your query, please submit your enquiry using the contact form.

Original Artworks Damaged In Transit

The condition of original paintings are carefully checked prior to being shipped out to you. They are meticulously packed for protection, while in transit.

Returns are not available for original artworks damaged during shipping. This rarely happens and if it does, this will be covered by the shipping insurance and the purchaser will be covered for the damaged art purchased, less cost of shipping and packaging.

If this happens, the purchaser/receiver must contact us within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt of the original artwork and the following is required for insurance purposes: high resolution images as proof, the purchaser’s receipt. Please email these to Bridget Bradley using the Contact Page form. Bridget Bradley cannot take responsibility for damage noted after this period.

Refunds Custom Art Prints

Prints are made to custom order, including hand cut frames by Left Bank Art Group, Brisbane, therefore, refunds are not granted on damaged goods. For items damaged in transit, a replacement may be offered. High resolution photos as evidence must be provided. 

Left Bank do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as all art prints are custom made to order.

Should an order be damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
For processing a return, you MUST provide photo evidence of any damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of any damage to the item.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

Refunds and Returns Custom Merch

Unfortunately, because all apparel is custom made to order we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges if you have made a mistake ordering the wrong size or for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, for example, wrong t-shirt design or colour, please contact us within 7 days with the details including your contact details, order number, receipt number and images of item received. Once we have all the information, a decision will be made regarding the best solution and we will contact you.

Yoga Classes and Yoga Events Refunds

Refunds or changes to bookings are not offered if you simply change your mind, don’t show up to Yoga class or Yoga Event on time, be it in-Studio, Outdoors or Online or you fail to cancel within the cancellation policy periods stated.

After booking and paying for Yoga Class/s or Yoga Event/s, you agree to the Cancellation Policy stated in our Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your Yoga Class or Yoga Event within this cancellation period stated, you will receive a refund.

Note: Paid for Yoga classes, Yoga Events In-Studio, Outdoors and Online are non-refundable and non-transferable should the cancellation be after the designated cancellation periods.
