By entering the ‘The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw’, B. Yoga & Art at Bridget Bradley, the website bridgetbradleyart.com competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1.STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

1.2 By entering The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name, last name, Instagram username and email address with B. Yoga & Art and the prize contributors: Bridget Bradley.

1.3 By entering The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw, the entrant warrants that they meet eligibility requirements and agree to the terms and conditions.

1.4 B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley and third parties may use personal details submitted such as your first name and email address in future marketing communications.

1.5 You have the right to opt out of communications from B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley and any of the third parties at any time by unsubscribing.

1.6 B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley have the right to disqualify any entrants who are found to be in breach of the terms and conditions of entry to The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw or infringing on third party intellectual property rights.

1.7 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Entry, you also agree to Bridget Bradley, the website bridgetbradleyart.com full Terms and Conditions.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to Australian Residents only, who must be 18 years or over, must have an Instagram account and who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 Duration

i. The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw entry period runs from 22 September 2023 0800 AEST to the 29 September 2023 at 1159PM AEST.

ii. The organizer reserves the right to review The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw Entry period anytime without prior notification. All entries received outside The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw Entry period will be disqualified.

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must complete and accurately fill out the entry form on the website, bridgetbradleyart.com, confirm they are 18 years of age or over, confirm they have an Instagram account, confirm they are an Australian resident and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.

i. Pre-Selection of The Eva Crop Top Tee Size & Front Design Colour. 

The entrant must pre-select their size and front design colour from the options on the entry form. Refer to the Eva Crop Top Tee Size Chart (sizes in cm) on the product page at the website and choose the closest size. How to measure guide is provided. View the front design colours at the product pages. Failure to provide entrant’s size and colour will invalidate the entry.

ii. The Eva Crop Top Tee sizes are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage however sizes may vary 2-5 cm within the manufacturers tolerance. Please allow for this when choosing a size. For full product details visit the product page at the website.

3.3 Terms and Conditions are provided on The Eva Crop Top Tee Lucky Draw Entry Form page at the website.

3.4 There is only one (1) entry allowed per person. Follows, likes or tag a friend on Instagram, Facebook or other Social Media platform, is not required nor does it constitute or equal another entry.

3.5 Entries must be received by 29 September 2023 at 1159PM AEST.

4. PRIZES

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and three (3) winners who will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive one (1) prize of The Eva Crop Top Tee in the size and front design colour pre-selected on the entrant’s entry form, as set out below.

4.2 The Prize consists of:

• One (1) The Eva Crop Top Tee (White) with a design by Bridget Bradley, valued at AUD59 and shipped Free of charge
• Entrants must pre-select a size and front design colour on their entry form, from the sizes and front design colours available as stated: Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large
• Front Design colours: Black, Blue
• Each prize is custom made to order therefore is, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be returned

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on 30th September 2023, and notified by email and on Instagram on 30 September 2023.i. Winners will be announced on the bridgetbradleyart.com website and posted on Instagram.ii. Winners agree to provide the organizer, Bridget Bradley, with a photo of themselves wearing The Eva Crop Top Tee for business and marketing purposes such as posting to Instagram, posting to other social media platforms for social proof and uploading to the website, bridgetbradleyart.com

4.4 Prize Production and Delivery Time:

• Each prize is custom made to order. The Eva Crop Top Tee Sizes available are: Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Print production and delivery time is subject to our supplier and may take up to 4 weeks
• The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address up to 1 month after the draw 30th September 2023. B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley or third parties involved in production and shipping will not be held responsible for delayed delivery time and receipt of the prizes
• Time to delivery may vary or take longer due to various factors including, Public holidays, the winner’s location and the shipping logistics service provider

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 There will be three (3) winners chosen from total pool of valid entries received, randomly chosen on 30 September 2023. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details and meet the criteria required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
