In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "Bridget Bradley", “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Bridget Bradley and B. Yoga & Art. These Terms and Conditions set out the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our Website and Services as offered by us.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Additional General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Yoga Classes, Yoga Events, Yoga Products and Yoga Services
"Yoga Class" refers to: any Yoga class held In-Studio, Online our Outdoors led by a Certified Yoga Instructor.
"Yoga Event" refers to: Yoga Retreats, Special Yoga Events or Workshops
"Attendee" refers to: Person/s attending a Yoga Class or event, A person/s who has booked to attend a Yoga Class or Yoga Event, Yoga student, Yoga Participant, Yoga Practitioner or Yoga Client
By registering, booking, purchasing or engaging in Bridget Bradley Yoga products, Yoga information, Yoga Class and Events booking system, Yoga webforms, and Yoga Services, on Bridget Bradley, this Website, bridgetbradleyart.com you are agreeing to the all the Terms and Conditions for B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com and including all additional terms and conditions.
Bookings, Registration and Payment
Yoga Classes In-Studio, Outdoors and Online, Yoga Events bookings and purchases when available, should be completed online using the forms provided.
In order to guarantee a space in a Yoga class or Yoga Event, the booking must be made in advance, including payment.
For safety reasons, security and to ensure classes are not interrupted or disrupted, children, minors and pets are not permitted to attend any In-Studio venues for Yoga classes or Yoga Events.
Only registered and approved attendees 18 years or over are permitted at In-Studio venues.
Registration or member details must be complete, correct and accurate.
Cancellation Period for All Yoga Classes and Yoga Events
Cancellation of In-Studio, Outdoors and Online Yoga classes must be done up to 4 hours prior to the start of the class, to avoid being charged. Cancellation of Yoga Events must be done up to 72 hours prior to the event, to avoid being charged. Cancellation of Yoga classes, should be done via the online Cancellation option provided on this website.
For In-Studio classes, you must arrive 10 minutes prior to Yoga class commences and you must check in with the instructor before class. The doors will be locked once the class commences. Late entry is not permitted as this disrupts the class.
For Outdoor Yoga classes, please be courteous and arrive 10-15 minutes before the Yoga class commences to ensure you have checked in with the Instructor and prepared yourself.
You must connect to online Yoga classes at least 5 minutes before Yoga class is scheduled to begin or the instructor will not be able to connect you once class commences. No refunds will be given for, late cancellations, failure to connect 5 minutes before class or no shows.
To respect the instructor, organizers and other attendees, you must arrive within the specified time outlined for individual Yoga Events. If you need to cancel your booking in order to get a refund you must cancel using the Cancellation Form up to 72 hours prior to the Yoga Event commencing.
Late Cancellation, Arriving Late & No Shows
Cancellation to In-Studio, Outdoors and Online Yoga classes made after 4 hours cancellation period will be deemed invalid and you will be charged full price.
You will not receive refunds for any Yoga class for change of mind, no show.
For In-Studio yoga classes, you will not receive a refund for arriving late, after the doors are locked.
If you arrive late to an Outdoor Yoga class and have not checked in with the Yoga Instructor, you will not be permitted to join as this disrupts the other attendees and the class.
For Online Yoga Classes, no refunds will be given for, late cancellations, failure to connect 5 minutes before class or no shows.
For Yoga Events, no refunds will be issued after 72 hours cancellation period has passed or for no shows.
Agreement Waiver & Release Health Declaration
To be elligible to join a Yoga class or Yoga Event, whether In-Studio, Outdoors or Online, you must submit the Agreement Waiver and Release Health Declaration form up to 4 hours before your scheduled Yoga class commences. Failure to do so, will mean you will not be able to join the Yoga class.
You must complete and submit the Waiver and Release Form for Yoga Event bookings up to 72 hours before the event commences.
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in all Yoga classes and Yoga Events are by your own choice, volition and at your own risk.
To benefit from and enjoy the Yoga class or Yoga Event, it’s important to be responsible for, acknowledge, accept and respect your physical limitations.
If you are concerned about your physical health, it is your sole and full responsibility to consult a medical doctor or other registered healthcare professional before taking part in Yoga classes or Yoga Events with Bridget Bradley via the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com and B. Yoga & Art.
Note: If your medical conditions change, for example a new health condition or injury, after submitting the previous Health Declaration Waiver & Release form, you must update the Yoga Instructor by submitting a new Health Declaration Waiver and Release form prior to the Yoga Class or Yoga Event.
If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or post-surgical, your agreement to the terms and conditions on the Health Declaration Waiver and Release form verifies that you have your registered medical doctor’s approval to participate in the Yoga Class or Yoga Event. You also affirm that you alone are fully responsible to decide whether to practice Yoga and participation in Yoga Class or Yoga Event is at your own risk.
B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, is not a substitute for medical healthcare providers, nor is it able to provide medical advice, attention, diagnosis or treatment.
Practising Yoga under the instruction of Bridget Bradley, means you, the user/attendee/student/participant/client/practitioner, must monitor the safety of your practise within your own physical limitations.
B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley, the Site and B. Yoga by Bridget Bradley instructor/s assumes no liability nor takes any responsibility for any personal injuries, illness, medical events, death, loss, damages of any kind or expenses, negligence or other acts that may occur while you are practising Yoga activities/techniques in class whether, In-Studio, Outdoors, Online or at a Yoga Event.
By joining the Yoga Class or Yoga Event you agree and understand that the Yoga classes include strenuous physical activity and techniques that may carry risk of injury and it is your sole responsibility to closely monitor your own physical and mental capabilities to carry out these activities and techniques.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that by participating in the Yoga Class or Yoga Event that you will not over exert yourself or exceed your limits while doing the class activities/techniques and that it is your decision to choose an appropriate difficulty level of the activity/technique for your own personal level of ability and condition.
In regards to participating in Yoga Classes, In-studio, Outdoors or Online or Yoga Event you therefore, voluntarily and knowingly, accept full responsibility, expressly Waive and Release any claim/s that you may have at any time from all liability (whether in Contract or Tort or under Statute or Common Law whatsoever) for personal injury, illness, medical event, loss, death or damages of any kind, expense, their negligence or other acts, and any damage to or loss of personal property against B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, instructor/s, owner/s directors, associates, managers, staff, individuals, premises, successors or representatives involved with B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com.
Agreement Waiver & Release Health Declaration Terms If You Reside Outside Australia
Furthermore you, users, clients, attendees, members, registrants, students, practitioners, customers, Yoga class participants who reside outside Australia who access any Online Yoga classes provided by B. Yoga & Art via Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, or Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or other, including video channels, such as Youtube, Vimeo, Zoom or other Livestream platforms, as part of our Online Yoga class service, do so voluntarily and knowingly at their own risk.
You agree that by accessing B. Yoga & Art Yoga classes Online or via this website, bridgetbradleyart.com or related Social Media and video channels such as Youtube, Vimeo, Zoom or other Livestreaming platforms and you reside outside Australia, you agree to fully Waive and Release from any and all liability (whether in Contract or Tort or under Statute or Common Law whatsoever) for personal injury, illness, medical event, loss, death or damages of any kind, expenses ( including lawyers fees), their negligence or other acts and any damage to or loss of personal property.
You agree to Waive and Release any right to make a claim/s against B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, owner, instructor/s, directors, managers, associates, individuals, successors, representatives, officers, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, licensors or anyone else involved with the creation and distribution of services for B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com from all and any liability at any time for personal injury, illness, medical event, death, damages, loss, their negligence, expenses (including lawyers fees), damages of any kind or other acts.
Conditions & Right of Refusal
B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com. it’s Instructor/s, director/s, managers, associates or anyone associated with B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, including the instructor/s has the right to refuse anyone to it’s Studio/indoor premises, Outdoors or Online/Livestream to join/ participate in a Yoga Class or Yoga Event for any reason, including and not limited to, misconduct, intoxication or for medical reasons or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that you knowingly and voluntarily accept the following Conditions regarding entry to Yoga Classes and Yoga Events will be refused if:
You use abusive or threatening language or behave in an abusive manner, you are under the influence or intoxicated by drugs or alcohol or you behave in any other manner that is considered a risk, disrespectful to others, inappropriate or you display symptoms of Cold, Flu or Covid.
Risk & Responsibility
B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com does not accept any responsibility for students who do not follow the Yoga class instructions of the Yoga Teacher/ Yoga instructor. Any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries or conditions, ongoing injuries, illnesses, conditions or recent injuries and related medical conditions must be disclosed by you, the client, member, registrant, student to the Yoga Teacher/ Yoga Instructor before starting a Yoga class by completing the Client Waive & Release Form online provided at our Website.
You must submit the Waive & Release Health Declaration form to the Yoga Instructor up to 4 hours before the Yoga class, Yoga retreat or programme/workshop commences. Before, during or after the Yoga class, Yoga retreat or Yoga programme/workshop, it is your responsibility to inform the Yoga Instructor/Yoga Teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
By using B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, brigdetbradleyart.com services, whether in-Studio facilities/premises, Outdoors and Online Yoga Classes this means that you fully accept any risks, known or unknown, associated with all forms of physical activity, exercise and techniques both during and after participation of the Yoga classes and Yoga Events.
B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com, instructor/s, owner/s, person/s, directors, associates, managers, staff, individuals, successors or representatives will not be held liable for: (a) Any personal injury, illness, medical event, loss, death, expense, their negligence or harm to you or your personal property, resulting from participation in the use of the services or facitlities/premises In-Studio, Outdoors or Online and (b) any damage to or loss of personal property.
B. Yoga & Art, Bridget Bradley nor its instructors/s, owner/s, directors, associates, managers, staff, individuals, successors or representatives and premises will not be held responsible for personal property left behind at locations for Yoga Classes or Yoga Events. Items left behind will be stored for 2 weeks, after which they remain unclaimed, the items will be donated to local charity organizations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions Yoga Schedules and Pricing
B. Yoga & Art and Bridget Bradley, the Website, bridgetbradleyart.com including instructor/s, directors, managers, individuals, reserves the right to change, amend the terms and conditions including Yoga class schedules and pricing at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check the current terms and conditions, the pricing and Yoga class schedules. Payment, Cancellation and Refund
After payment for Yoga classes and Yoga Events, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
All Yoga classes, In-Studio, Outdoors and Online/Livestream, must be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to starting and all Yoga Events must be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to starting, using the online Cancellation method provided. Paid products are non-refundable if cancellation is made after the designated cancellation periods. Please review the full Refunds and Returns Policy
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Bridget Bradley’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bridget Bradley through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bridget Bradley. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
